Where is my order?

Most orders ship same or next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Lost or stolen package? Please contact your local postal or UPS service. Read our Shipping Policy.


I'd like to return my order.

I'm sorry to hear your order didn't work out. Read our return + exchange policy then contact us below. 

I think items are missing from my order.

Oh no! We certainly want you to get everything you ordered. Every order is hand packed and weighed before shipping. If something is missing we'll be able to verify that based on the shipping weight. Send us an email and we'll be able to help. 

I'd like to cancel my order.

Orders ship quickly and cannot be cancelled once placed. Email us and we'll let you know your options.


I placed two orders and combined they meet the free shipping threshold. Can you refund my shipping? 

Orders cannot be combined to meet the free shipping threshold. Meaning, if you place 2 orders and combined they meet or surpass the free shipping threshold you will not receive a refund for any shipping paid. Most orders will ship separately. 


My towel has pink splotches. What happened?

Pink splotches or otherwise light discoloration, is caused by bleach. Most commonly this occurs when bleach residue is in the washer from a previous load, whitening toothpaste or from beauty products containing Benzoyl Peroxide. This is not a defect in the towel, just a natural reaction from contact with a bleaching agent.


I'd like to place a large order. Do you offer bulk discounts? 

For a large order we typically need 10-12 weeks lead time. Each order is unique and there may or may not be a discount available. Because large orders are custom orders we require a 50% non-refundable payment at the time the order is placed. If you are interested reach out to us and we can discuss the details.
