I bought the yellow one a couple years ago and have traveled with it multiple times. In the summer, these work great for an extra sleeping layer in hotels where you prefer to use your own blanket. Also, a compact beach towel, lap or shoulder blanket for the plane. I am always looking at other Turkish Towels but have never seen or felt any as nice and soft as the chevron one. They were recently on sale so I decided to make a complete set of 4. I ordered 3 more colors and love all of them. When they were on sale, the price of 3 was comparable to the price of one in many places.

I did not believe the hype about sand shaking out easily, but it really does. Although I try not to get sand on my beach blanket, my dog is not concerned, so plenty of sand on the towel. I stood up, shook it out and was surprised that the sand did indeed shake out. It is thinner than I thought it would be, but it works.
